Our Jewelry

We specialize in elegant, one-of-kind pieces, in high karat metals, utilizing a wide variety of materials which includes coral, ivory,sea glass, Tahitian pearls, unusual diamonds, jade and Persian turquoise. The pieces have a high visual impact and our clients are comfortable with the attention the invariably attract. Our pieces are found in private collections throughout the country, including New York city , Palm Beach, Florida , Toronto, Ontario , Emerald Isle, North Carolina, East Hampton, New York , Las Vegas, Nevada and elsewhere.
If you find an item you like and it is already sold, you may contact us and request a similar duplication if possible of said item. We will not copy one exactly, as each piece is unique. Nor will we copy or duplicate, in any way, the work of another designer or jeweler. Our pieces are singular, copy-righted designs in our particular signature style. Each is signed, dated and stamped with the gold karat.
We guarantee pieces set with diamonds contain diamonds of good to high quality. In the case of larger, significant stones, a Third Party certificate of grading and valuation will accompany the piece.

Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on all of out jewelry. We cover defects in craftsmanship. Due to the hand-made nature of our work, slight imperfections might be expected but this is not a craftsmanship defect. We do not and cannot cover accidental or incidental damage, normal wear and tear, theft, loss, loss of stones, or any damage not due to craftsmanship-related issues. If the piece has been altered in any way, our warranty no longer covers it. Alteration also includes changes in weight of the piece in question; all pieces having their weight recorded at time of shipment. If you wish a piece to be repaired, we would do whatever possible to please you. The warranty only covers the original owner and is not transferable. Please contact us for shipping information, Shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. On very valuable pieces, we strongly suggest your insuring the piece through you private carrier; usually on a personal items rider. This will protect you for theft or loss while wearing you beautiful jewelry.

Payment

Paypal merchants offer the most secure online payment method currently available. They have presently more the eight million members safely making purchases via the internet.

Both customers and merchant are well protected by Paypal. The order form that submits the customer's credit card is using Paypal’s SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) secure server. Paypal provides the secure order form.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please send the printable order form along with payment to the address indicated . Orders paid for with check or money order will be shipped only after payment is received and cleared by the bank. Please include a phone number with your order. New York State residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

Orders from the following countries will only be accepted with payment by bank money orders: Indonesia , Romania , Russia , Thailand , The Philippines, Singapore , Malaysia , Nigeria , Hungary , Mexico , Egypt , Austria , Pakistan and the Middle East . No credit cards will be accepted from these locations.

SHIPPING

Upon receipt of your order, and check clearance, (if applicable) you order will be expedited within 3-5 business days. We will ship by USPS priority, registered, insured mail. Shipping rates are $10 per item. Higher priced merchandise will be rated individually and you may contact us for the cost. Please include shipping charges in your payment. NYS residents will be charged appropriate sales tax.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy, neither are we. Any item may be returned (with the exception of custom pieces) within 7 days of your receipt. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and return shipping instructions will be provided. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. If there is any evidence that the item has been altered, disassembled or has missing or changed parts the return will be refused.
